Blueprint for Complex Care: Opportunities for Philanthropy in Healthcare and Social Services



The recently released Blueprint for Complex Care provides clear, actionable steps for further developing a wide range of efforts aimed at improving the lives of people with complex health and social needs and advancing the field of complex care.

During this webinar, one of the authors from the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs outlines the Blueprint’s goals, describe recommendations for strengthening the field, and share opportunities for aging and health philanthropy to get involved. One of the Blueprint funders, from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, discusses how the foundation is using the Blueprint in its grantmaking and offer perspective on how other philanthropies can support this work. Lastly, we hear from the California Health Care Foundation, who shares how the Blueprint is providing a framework for their current and future work.
