Charity Rocks How to Raise Money Through Benefit Concerts :: Justin Tanaka

Justin Tanaka is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois as of May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering. He is the lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for indie alternative band, A Cool Hand, formed in 2012 with plans to pursue this career and more in an upcoming move to Chicago, IL. His degree will be used full time as an engineering architect while he hopes to maintain ties to the secular community through SSA and his music.

Justin’s group has held a fantastic fundraising event by using benefit concerts on and around their campus.Here, he walks student leaders through the process and how they can also hold such successful fundraising events for their own groups.
