CONCORD, NH — Joshua Uncles, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 5:56 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2020, on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was charged after an incident in the state hospital area of the city.
Janssen Maria Perez, born 1991, of San Francisco, California, received a summons at 6:19 p.m. on Oct. 9, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Rianna Shea Martin, 34, of Concord was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Oct. 9 on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug and meth related crime-near a child charges after an incident on Bradley Street. She is due back in superior court for arraignment on Dec. 10.
Larry W. Cole, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Oct. 6 on a warrant after an incident on Pleasant Street Extension.
David Thomas Swett, 56, homeless, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Oct. 6 on a criminal trespass charge. According to an affidavit, an officer was sent to Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street for a patient refusing to leave after being discharged. A security officer told arriving officers that Swett was trespassed from the hospital on Sept. 15 but allowed inside for emergency care. Swett, the report said, was given the opportunity to call for assistance but was unable to reach anyone. He then stated, “Take me to jail then … they have good food.” Later, Swett was also given a summons for false fire alarm activation at Genesis Elder Care/Pleasant View Assisted Living on Pleasant Street.
Ashlie Katherine Moreira, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Sept. 30 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.
Benjamin Clark Provencal, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Sept. 12 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord High School on Warren Street.
Jeremiah Thomas Badger, born 1997, of Deerfield was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on Sept. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on South Main Street.
Collin Brooks Povencher, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 8 on a driving under the influence charge and a misuse or failure to display plates violation on North State Street near the Blossom Hill/Calvary Cemetery.
