Fizz Ult Goes Through Invisible People?

Forgive me because this is the only time I’ve ever seen this happen and I’ve ulted cloaked people before. My friend was playing Fizz and all of a sudden I see this ult go straight through Kha’Zix.. Am I missing something here?
