FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – Police have arrested a Fort Wayne man on charges related to a sex trafficking investigation in the area.

He is the second person charged in the case.

Chad Richardson faces counts including child exploitation, sexual misconduct with a minor and possession of child pornography.

He appeared Monday afternoon in Allen County Superior Court, where a hearing was set for Thursday.

The judge in the case sealed certain records and issued a no contact order regarding an alleged victim.

The arrest of Richardson follows that of Charles Daub II last week. Daub is accused of sexual abuse of a teenage girl and of offering her to other men.

Daub also appeared in court — in Huntington — on Monday for a hearing. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Dec. 28.

The Court appointed an attorney for Daub, who said he could not afford one.
