Mr. Ashwini Saxena is the CEO of JSW Foundation, who also serves as a Director of JSW Shakti, a Section 8 company focusing on women livelihoods. Prior to JSW, he led CSR programs of Essar Group in Africa and India. During his tenure in Africa, he contributed as an Executive Committee Member of Zimbabwe India Chamber of Commerce (ZICC) & Advisor to Regional Centre of Social Responsibility and other institutions. Mr. Saxena served IFC (World Bank) where he led some strategic CSR advisory programs, besides working on the introduction of IFC’s CSR/ Sustainability Tools & WBI programs in South Asia.

Dr. Bhavna Sharma (PhD) is the Head of Nutrition Science at ITC Foods.
She is responsible for developing and executing the Nutritional Product & Policies pipeline, public-health based CSR & sustainability initiatives and R&D-Product strategies across all categories under/for the ITC-FBD division. She is also responsible for managing the internal employees and external stakeholder ecosystem related to nutrition, health & public-health.
She is a member of many national & international (industry) nutrition & regulatory groups and works very closely with both the external scientific & regulatory groups.

Dr. Satender Arya is the Chief Executive Officer of Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI). He is responsible for providing a strategic vision to ASCI in ensuring that the team moves cohesively towards the achievement of Skill India Mission.
He is a senior management professional of proven capability with 30 years of Corporate and Development Sector experience in Skill Development Category Management, Food and Agri Supply Chain, International Business, New Business Development and Vendor Management functional areas. He has handled multifarious responsibilities with leading MNCs and Indian Corporates viz. SINOCHEM, Grasim Industries, Reliance Retail and NDDB.

Amit Kumar Singh is an agribusiness and market development expert with more than 16 years of experience conceptualizing and executing agriculture and livelihoods development programs in a wide range of value chains in agriculture, horticulture and forestry.

As Tanager’s country representative for India, he provides team leadership and direction for Tanager’s portfolio of supply chain strengthening activities, with a focus on women and landless farmers.

Dr. Purvi Mehta is the Head of Asia for Agriculture at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

She has her formal education, upto PhD, from M.S. University, India, Tokyo University, Japan and North Carolina State University- USA. Dr. Mehta has worked with the CGIAR, as head of Asia for the International Livestock Research Institute and also as head of South Asia Biosafety program (IFPRI, USAID), and brings a blend of Asia and Africa experience.
