We, Mary Nell’s family, wish to thank all of you for the many kind expressions of love and care since we learned of her passing. Many of you were dear friends or colleagues of hers whom she admired, enjoyed friendship with, and loved. With every story you share, with every memory you remember, with every big or small gesture of kindness you recall, and relay to us or each other, you make our hearts full. Whether accompanied with laughter or tears, or both, it helps her to remain a little more real to us in the telling. And as her radiance in the presence of her King as his beloved daughter is now her reality, we give thanks. Well done, Mom. You did it. You’re home! Maybe rearranging the furniture or re-hanging pictures in some of the many rooms of the mansion! Or not. But you’re home!

“Even to your old age and gray hairs, I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” Isaiah 46: 4

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11: 28-30
